Q: Can the trash cans be recharged?

A: The trash can isn't rechargeable, compatible with AA batteries (not included), and you can purchase and use rechargeable AA batteries.

Q: Why only one package?

A: To reduce the waste of forest resources, prevent excessive packaging to bring you inconvenience. Two garbage cans were packed in one package.

Q: Why won't the trash bin close?

A: There should be no objects within 23 inches (60 cm) above the motion sensor of the trash bin. If the indicator light is flashing, it means there is an object affecting the sensor. Please remove any objects or move the trash bin.
